Shipping and Delivery

We ship DTF printed products within the United States and to select international locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

Returns and Refunds

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your products immediately. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds or reprints will be processed promptly. We do not accept returns for custom-printed items unless defective.

Defective Products and Limitations

Due to the nature of DTF printing, minor variations (up to ±2.5%) in color, size, and placement may occur and are considered acceptable. We are not liable for defects resulting from user-supplied files that do not meet our specifications.

Customer Submitted Artwork

Artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode and 300 DPI resolution. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your artwork does not infringe any copyrights or intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to use it for production purposes only.

Content License and Copyright

All content on our website is the property of Ninja Transfe or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission, except as necessary to review and place orders.

Overruns and Proofing

We reserve the right to deliver up to ±8% more or fewer units than ordered. It is your responsibility to thoroughly proof your artwork before submission. We are not liable for errors in customer-approved designs.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Invoices are issued at the time of order confirmation. Late payments may incur a charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Website Usage

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website without our express written consent. Automated scraping or data extraction is strictly prohibited.
